What is Askpilot?
Askpilot lets you automate day-to-day work in your Street directly from an AI agent you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT. Instead of building flowcharts, you describe what you want automated in plain language, and Askpilot carries the work out across Street.co.uk and your connected email, calendar and phone tools.
Every workflow and action Askpilot takes is tracked in one view, and any action you've flagged as sensitive pauses for your team's approval before it goes ahead.

How do I connect Askpilot to Street?
First, request access at askpilot.com/request-access to activate your account.
To give Askpilot access to your Street CRM, go to Settings > Account Administration > Extended API and generate a new token. Give it a name (e.g. "Askpilot"), choose an expiry, and select only the resource scopes Askpilot needs - you don't have to grant access to everything. Copy the token and provide it to Askpilot when connecting your account.
Note - Only grant the resource scopes Askpilot actually needs. You can review and revoke tokens at any time from the same Extended API settings screen.
Finally, install the Askpilot MCP in your AI agent and connect it using that token.
Note - You'll need the Company Admin role to generate an Extended API token, and the Extended API settings area must be enabled on your account.
