Lets Agreed Overview Report
The Lets Agreed Overview report gives lettings managers a single place to see volume, rental value, fees and days-to-let-agreed across your branches and team, using the actual date a listing was marked let agreed rather than having to reconcile it manually against other status changes.
To access this report, head to Reporting (on the left side panel, at the bottom), look for the Lettings section and select Lets Agreed Overview.
Note - This report only appears if Lettings Management is enabled for your agency.
Report totals
Across the top of the report you'll see four figures for the period you've selected:
Lets Agreed - the number of listings marked let agreed.
Total Monthly Rent - every rent normalised to a monthly figure and totalled.
Setup Fees - the total upfront/setup fees.
Avg Days to Let Agreed - the average time from a listing being created to being marked let agreed.
Note - The Branch, Assignee, Service Level and let-status filters affect these totals as well as the table below. The Accepted By and Let Type filters only affect the table - if you filter by either of those, the totals above won't match what's shown in the table.
Filtering the report
The report opens showing the last month of Agreed Dates. You can change this using the date range filter (with presets for last 30 days, last quarter, this month and this year), and also filter by:
Branch
Assignee
Accepted By
Service Level
Let Type
Exclude let properties - checkbox
Note - Accepted By and Let Type only filter the table shown below, not the totals at the top of the report.
What ‘Let Agreed’ means here
A listing counts as let agreed once it's been marked with a let agreed date in Street. This normally happens automatically once a holding deposit is received on an accepted offer or application, though it can also be set directly. Only listings with that date set are included in this report, so an accepted offer that hasn't progressed that far yet won't appear here.
