Board Orders
From any property in Street you can create a board order, choosing between For Sale, Sold, To Let, Let. However, the options you see will depend on what options have been set up in your Boards/Slips settings in your company settings.
Additionally, before you can create a board order, you must ensure you have your Board Suppliers set up in your Branch Settings. For information on how to do this, see our Board Suppliers help article.
Tip! If a property does not require a board, you can mark this from the property settings. Head to a property page and click Info (top right) > Settings > toggle on the 'No Board Required' feature.
Creating a Board Order
To create a board order, head to a property page and click Create > Create Board.
From here you can select from any of the available board types and whether you'd like a request to go out to your supplier via email, and add a custom note to be automatically included in the email sent.
If you do send an email request to the supplier, a copy of that email will show in the property activity stream.
Changing / Removing a Board
If you need to update a board, head back to the property page and scroll down until you see the Board card on the right hand side.
Here you will see the information about the board and can click the 'change board' button to update the board required and send a new order request to the supplier.. This is particularly useful when changing from 'for sale' to 'sold' for example.
Alternatively you can use the 'remove board' option to remove the board from the property and optionally send the supplier an email to remove the board.
