To allow unaccompanied viewings you will need to toggle this on for each property. You can either do this at the point of onboarding or after, by going into the property and heading to 'Edit' > 'Edit Property' > then 'Viewing Preferences'.

Here, there will be a toggle to turn on Unaccompanied Viewings. As the owner will be doing their own viewings, they will likely need to confirm all appointments. You can make sure a request is sent for each viewing at the bottom of the viewing preferences page in owner confirmation. Each setting will provide you with a blue description on what this will do for the booking options and how this will contact the owner.
