Easily collect reviews with Completed Sales Reports.

Go to the Reporting section (at the bottom of the left side panel) and select the Completed Sales report:

Filter the data and click Export.

In the export report, the Owner and Applicant columns will now include all contact information for every vendor and buyer involved in the sale transaction, meaning it’s easier than ever for your agents to gather reviews.

Automatically add your Agent Disclaimer Text.

Go to Settings (at the bottom of the left side panel) and select General Settings under the Branch Settings section, where you will see the new Branch Disclaimer text box:

This disclaimer text will automatically add to each property listing, so you’re always protected.

Set reminders before appointments.

Go to Settings (at the bottom of the left side panel) and select Profile, under the My Settings section, where you will see an option to set event reminders:

You can set alerts at various times between 1 minute or 30 minutes before every appointment, ensuring you’re always on top of your schedule and have plenty of prep time.

View applicant buying positions on your calendar.

From your Calendar page, click on a viewing to open the left side pop-out and you'll now see the buying position located in the Applicant section, highlighting whether they’re a first-time buyer, an investor, have a property being valued or on the market etc.

Customise your calendar layout.

From the Calendar page, select My Calendar on the left hand side. On the right hand side, you can now select to view your calendar in Day, Week or Month view.

Please note - the Month view is only available in the My Calendar view due to the Branch Calendar being too crowded for Month view.

Share documents and files as your property progresses.

Files now travel alongside the property as it moves through the sales progression, meaning that each document can be accessed throughout different points of a sale - so you can always access what you need without needing to move away from your current workflow.

For example, from the Sales Progression page, select Info > Documents and Files and you'll see any documents that were saved to the property page during onboarding.
