Account integrations can only be activated by Company Admins. If you cannot see the Account Administration settings or cannot see Integrations, please speak to a Company Admin in your account.
Important: Phone calls cost 5p per min to mobile, 2.5p per min local.
There’s an additional 3.5p per min for call recording and transcription which can be toggled on in Settings.
To start, go to Settings (on the left side panel at the bottom), look for the My Settings section and click Integrations. Once here, click "Twilio".
Once you have clicked Twilio, you will land on the description page, which gives you a little bit more information.
If you click "Configuration" (next to "Description") you will be able to toggle on your branch. This will prompt a pop up as seen below;
If you click "verify phone number" an automated call will be triggered to the branch phone number. Follow the steps on the automated call and this will allow you to set things up.
Once done, head back to the verify number page and click save. You'll then be able to call out directly via your browser in Street.
To do this, head to any record that has a phone number, this will not work from an application, it must be done on the person or property.
Clicking the phone number will pop open a new internet window, which you can dial out of, when you click Start phone call.
As standard, recording and transcribing of calls is turned off by default, but you can turn this on in settings > company settings section > general settings.
FAQs
Can you use this on the mobile app? Call recording and transcribing is only possible on Street web version and is not yet currently available from the mobile app.
Can I receive calls via the integration? The integration does not currently allow calls back into Street to answer/record/transcribe. (call out only).
