Street Agent App SOS Feature
The Street Agent app has an in-built SOS feature that can be used to raise an alert to your colleagues should you ever be in a dangerous situation or feel vulnerable.
In your company settings, this can be set to alert all users within your company or just users in the same branch as the person that raised the alert. Head to Settings >
(on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Company Settings > General Settings > SOS Target and choose either branch or company.
Note - You will need to be a Company Admin to choose this setting.
Sending an SOS
An SOS can be raised from the following events in Street: Viewings, Valuations, Photo and Measures and Inspections.
For viewings and valuations, after starting the appointment by clicking the 'start' button the SOS button will appear at the bottom right of your screen.

For inspections and photo and measure appointments you don't need to start the event. The SOS button will appear at the bottom of your screen after clicking 'go to appointment'.

Clicking the SOS button on an appointment will show a warning before sending to avoid accidental SOS alerts and once sent will display an on screen message confirming the SOS alert has been sent. The SOS button will update and show as 'Sent'.
SOS Alert in Street
When an SOS alert is sent from the agent app an on screen alert will show in the Street CRM at the top right for all branch / company users (depending on your settings), displaying the location of the appointment and a date and time stamp. Users will additionally receive an email alerting them of the SOS alert.
Cancelling an SOS Alert
If you raised an SOS alert in error, perhaps by accident or as a false alarm, you can cancel the alert by clicking the SOS button again and cancelling it.
SOS Cancellation Alert in Street
When an SOS is cancelled, the same process as raising an SOS applies, whereby all agents in the branch/company receive an on screen notification in Street as well as an email:
