How the SOS feature works in the Agent app

Street Agent App SOS Feature

The Street Agent app has an in-built SOS feature that can be used to raise an alert to your colleagues should you ever be in a dangerous situation or feel vulnerable.

Sending an SOS

Once an appointment has been started, you will see the red SOS button at the bottom right of the phone:

Clicking this will show the below warning, allowing you to confirm if you want to send the SOS message:

Clicking the 'Send SOS' button will then display a confirmation on screen that the SOS has been sent:

And you will see the SOS button at the bottom right now shows as 'Sent':

SOS Alerts

When an SOS is raised, a notification will appear to all users in your branch on their Street system, at the top right of the screen, and will will remain there until manually closed (by clicking the cross in the corner):

In addition to this on screen alert, all users in your branch will also receive an email highlighting the details of the SOS:

Cancelling an SOS Alert

Should you need to cancel an SOS alert (useful to let your colleagues know if it was a false alarm for example), you can do so by clicking the 'Sent' button at the bottom right of the phone and then clicking 'Cancel SOS':

Once cancelled, you'll see get a confirmation pop up on screen.

Cancellation Alerts

When an SOS is cancelled, the same process as raising an SOS applies, whereby all agents in the branch receive an on screen notification in Street as well as an email:

Street is constantly being updated. This can mean that some of these articles become slightly out of date. If you spot something that looks a little bit different to your Street account, please let us know on the live chat so we can get it updated!
