Clients can view applicant names in notifications.

We’ve updated Street.co.uk to include the names of applicants on every relevant notification your client receives. Now, your clients will have full context regarding who is viewing their property, leaving feedback or placing an offer - ensuring they have total oversight at every stage.

Below is an example of a viewing confirmation email that has been sent to the owner (Miss Lucy Lane) which now highlights the applicants name (Mr Bob Jones).

And here is an example of a sales offer email:

If you would rather the applicant name not appear in these notifications, head to Settings (left side panel at the bottom) > Branch Settings section > Notification Preferences > Edit Notification Content.

Get insightful pre-valuation research, without the work.

From a Valuation, click Complete Research:

When entering the estimated valuation, Street.co.uk will intelligently identify the number of potential applicants already registered in your system who could be suited to that particular property. Street.co.uk splits this number of applicants by buying position, making it the perfect addition to market appraisal printouts:

Once the research has been saved, go to the Valuation page and look for the Estimated Valuation card on the right hand side:

Here you can update the estimated valuation as well as print out a report including the applicant matches to take to the valuation, putting a full list of potential buyers into the homeowners hands all before marketing has begun.

Keep your calendar view concise.

Prevent scrolling through every hour of the day and keep your calendar nice and clear by inputting your own working hours to tailor your display to the times that your business operates.

Head to Settings (on the left side panel) > My Settings section > Preferences > Calendar:

Note - If an event has been created that starts before, or ends after, the preset times, the calendar will automatically extend to start or end in line with that event.

Choose a time for follow-ups that suits you.

Give your agents a more accurate guide as to when they should be completing their follow-ups. You can now set a specific date and a time for each follow-up that best suits the client.

Click the Add Follow Up button on the right of a page and you now have the the option to add a time for the follow up.

Automatically update addresses after a sale completes.

From the Sales Progression page, when marking the sale as Completed, the below popup will appear as normal however it now includes the new 'Update correspondence address' checkbox that will automatically update the applicant’s correspondence address and simultaneously remove the address from the previous owner.

Store multiple client phone numbers.

Store your clients’ different contact numbers and mark which one is their primary to make sure always reaching them on the right number.

From a Person page, click Edit Person:

Add / edit / delete phone numbers, add notes and toggle their primary number:

Clients' additional phone numbers will then show within Street, with the top number always being their primary:

Never miss a notification again.

Get notified every time an enquiry is assigned to you by someone else with Street.co.uk’s brand-new alerts in your notification centre.

Prioritise your certificates by expiry.

Ensure your agents work in the most efficient way by filtering by expiry date on the Certificates Table.

Head to Tasks > Certificates. Here you'll find a new filter option for Expiry Date. Select the 'from' and 'to' dates to filter your list of certificates to see those expiring in a set date range:

Give your agents greater control when relaying offer revisions to vendors.

From a Sales Offer page, click Actions > Revise Offer:

Every time a property offer is revised, Street.co.uk will automatically mark the offer as pending, allowing your team to either relay it to the seller manually, or make any additional alterations first:

Any revisions will show underneath the Applicant Position, giving your agents a full insight into the offer history:

Any offers with revisions will also show on the properties list of Sales Offers:

View appointments in your calendar by type.

In the Calendar page, use the Event Types filters on the left hand side to view specific appointment types only.

And now, each appointment will be marked with a corresponding icon to identify its type (viewing, valuation, inspection, etc.), meaning your agents can view their week’s appointments, at a glance.
