Automatically update URLs after a new brochure is generated.
Don’t worry about remembering to manually update the URL in the property details every time you generate a new brochure, Street.co.uk can do it for you!
When generating a brochure, you will now receive the below popup:
Tick the 'publish to portals' button and it will automatically add the brochure's URL into the 'Other Media & Urls' section in the property details:
Now, when a new brochure is created for a property, the URL is automatically updated to the newest version on the listing.
Property Brochures now included in Memorandum of Sale emails
Every Memorandum of Sale email you send will now include the property brochure as an attachment, meaning solicitors needing to view property details can access them with ease via the attachment.
If the property does not have a brochure generated, the below statement will show, highlighting that the recipients will receive a link to the public property page on Street:
If the property has a brochure, the message will update to highlight that the recipients will receive the latest brochure instead:
