Once you've filled out your Onboarding Form, one of our Onboarding Specialists will take control and get you started - So you'll hear from them very early on in your onboarding journey!

You'll have a main point of contact who will follow your journey from beginning to end. If you need help or have any questions at this stage then please direct them towards your Onboarding Specialist.

Whilst onboarding to Street, you'll have the opportunity to run through questions during arranged Q&A calls with the onboarding team. To make the most of your Q&A session, gather as many questions as you can in advance so the team can make sure you feel confident in using the system.

Help Centre

We have lots of helpful articles in the Street Help Centre which are a great resource when you may need a little more information or need a "how to" guide on a specific part of the system. Anything you can't find via the Help Centre then feel free to drop us a message on the live chat.

Street Support Team

Once you're live on Street your main point of contact will be the Support team. Our Support team are available from 9-5:30 Monday - Friday via the Live chat which can be found in your Street account.

Our online chat is best used for when you may be experiencing an issue whilst using Street - perhaps you're getting an error message or the system is not working as expected. They're also on hand to help with any of your "how to" questions that may not be covered in our Help Centre. Drop us a message and we'll usually get back to you in a few minutes!

For any non urgent queries please send us an email and we'll get back in touch as soon as possible.
