Lettings Service Levels allow you to customise the services you present to your customers so that when you are listing a property you can determine exactly which service the Landlord has instructed you to perform.
β
Access to this setting is determined by the 'Roles' applied in User Management.
Note - As Lettings Service Levels fall under Company Settings, only users with the role of Company Admin will have access to this.
When Onboarding your agency, you will need to add your Lettings Service Levels. These will appear in consumer-facing areas including the market appraisal report and will also be included in your team members' dashboards.
These can be found under Settings > Company Settings> Lettings Service Levels.
Adding a new Service Level
To add a new Service Level click the top right button +Service Level
Service Level Type: this will give you a dropdown option with the choices 'Let Only' , 'Rent Collection', 'Fully Managed', and 'Other'
You will then be asked to choose a Service Level name (personal to your company, e.g., Tenant Find Only or Premium Management) and add a short description.
You can then tick as to whether you want this Service Level to be 'active' in your platform, this means it will show up as an option for you and your staff.
If you untick the 'active' toggle on a lettings service level that is already in use, it will not affect any valuations or tenancies etc that are using it. It will just prevent it from being selected on new valuations and tenancies.
Note - It is not possible to delete a letting service level. You should instead untick the 'active' toggle to hide it from being selected in future.
Upfront Fee
You might refer to this as your 'set up' fee. You will need to choose whether you want the fee to be a fixed amount or a percentage and add in a default fee (this can be changed individually when sending out valuations)
Ongoing Fee
Choose whether your ongoing fees will be Fixed, Percentage (e.g. 10% of the monthly rent), or None, and add in a default fee (this can be changed individually when sending out valuations)
To Save
To save the new Service Level simply press the green button 'Add Service Level'
Adding Fees
Your created Service Levels will then be available to choose from when sending a valuation (either from the main platform or the mobile App) and the individual figures relevant to the customer can be added at this point.
