The calendar updates you’ve been asking for

Multiple agents on events

You can now add multiple agents to a custom calendar event by simply searching for additional agents in the Create Event side bar, when creating an event from the calendar.

Note - It is not currently possible to have multiple agents on a system appointment such as a viewing or a valuation but this feature is in development.

Recurring events

We understand the importance of recurring events in your schedule, like monthly sales target reviews or team 1-2-1s.

When creating a custom event from the calendar, scroll down on the Create Event side bar to the 'Repeat' section where you can now choose a variety of recurring options, including custom dates, as well as choosing when the events should end:

See whether an applicant is still actively looking at a glance

With our new status tracker, it's easy to determine if an applicant is still searching for a property. Head to a person page and look for their applicant card on the right hand side, which now shows the looking status for that applicant card:

Enable agent viewing notifications so you never miss an update

You now have the option to enable email notifications for the viewing agent when a viewing is confirmed or cancelled. Head to Settings (left side bar at the bottom) > Company Settings > Notification Preferences > Settings (top right) > and you'll see the toggle for enabling agent viewing notifications:

Export mileage reports in a click

You now have the ability to generate a mileage report directly from Street.co.uk including the appointments made by each agent with dates, distance travelled, and total expenses. The mileage report can be accessed from the Mileage page by clicking Export Report:

Note - Only Branch and Company admins will have access to this area.

For more information on mileage within Street, see this help article.

Improvements to our client accounting platform

Reconcile multiple transactions in Street.co.uk

This feature simplifies the process of managing bulk payments by allowing you to reconcile all transactions against a total amount.

From the Reconciliation page, click Find Transaction to search by description, reference or amount and tick the relevant transactions. Street will also tell you if the totals match or how far they are out by:

Plus, you can view a breakdown of the reconciled payments and undo the reconciliation if you make a mistake in just one click.

Head to the Account Transactions tab and view the list of transactions. Reconciled ones will have the green tick. You can un-reconcile by clicking the three dots:

Add credit notes to a landlord or tenant ledger

You can now easily add credit notes to either the landlord or tenant ledger from the agent ledger. This feature is useful for agents who wish to offer payment in kind or carry over payments from a previous pay run.

From the tenancy or owner ledger, click Add > Credit Note:

Note - The agency ledger must have sufficient balance to accommodate the credit note. Ie if the agency ledger has a negative balance, the credit note won't apply and you'll receive the error: Cannot add a credit note for more than the agent ledger balance.

Access the help centre directly from your navigation bar

You can now access the Street.co.uk help centre directly from your navigation bar within Street.co.uk. Articles are regularly reviewed and new articles are always being added to make using Street even easier.

Look to the top right and click into the Help Centre button:

Migrating to Street.co.uk is made easier with Bridge update
