Changing your branch address
If you need to make amendments to your branch address, you will need to contact our support team via Live Chat in order for us to make this amendment on your behalf. Please ensure you have the new address available to ensure we have a replacement to fill the field.
Hiding your branch address
You do have the option to hide the branch address from all outgoing correspondence if required. You may wish to do this for an interim period, whilst a new address is secured. Again, you will need to contact our support team via Live Chat in order for us to make this amendment on your behalf.
Where to see the registered address of the branch
If you need to view the current address of the branch, you can access that within your Settings tab. Head to Settings (left side panel at the bottom) > Branch Settings > General Settings.
Note - Only branch or company admins will have access to branch settings.
Note - If you are a multi branch agency, you will need to change your active branch by clicking your profile icon at the top right of the page and selecting the relevant branch from the branch dropdown to see the address for that branch.
