Disabling all notifications in your user account

Disabling notifications temporarily within your user account will stop any and all notifications from going out from your user account from any actions you take in Street.

How to disable notifications

To disable notifications, click your profile icon at the top right and look for the 'disable customer notifications' option. If you cannot see this option, please contact our support team via live chat so we can turn on this view for you.

Allowing this option within your Street Account can be useful under many different scenarios such as booking an historic valuation in where you don't need the owner to get notified.

Please do keep in mind once you have completed the task in which you wanted to disable notifications for, you will need to go ahead and give permission for notifications to be sent again. To do this, toggle the function off back under the Profile Icon.

Disabling all notifications will override any company or branch settings you may have set up. It will not prevent any notifications from colleagues / other users, only your account.

In addition, with the 'disable customer notifications' option turned on, you will not be able to send any manual emails from Street. When trying to send you will see an error message on screen.
