What is Embryo?

When you integrate Embryo into your Street account, your Outlook emails will be synced to records in Street as a note, saving you hours of manual data entry and giving your greater visibility into the quality of service your agents are delivering.

Note - Currently Embryo only support Outlook however they are working on supporting other email providers in the future.

Support email for Embryo: will@tryembryo.com

Key features:

  • Embryo creates notes on the relevant Property, Sales, Applicant and People records for all your sent and received emails.

  • Emails are synced in real-time, giving your team an up-to-date history of client conversations, in one place.

  • Start syncing in just a few clicks, no demo required, and no complicated software to learn.

How do I integrate Embryo into Street?

Embryo can be integrated with Street via an API access token. To get started, head to Settings (on the left side panel at the bottom) > Account Administration > Applications:

Note - You will need to be a Company Admin to access the Account Administration section and generate an API key.

In the 'create new application' section, add an application name (e.g. 'Embryo', however this can be whatever you want it to be) and in the the 'API token scope' drop-down select 'Open API'.

Finally, add a contact name and email address of who will be building the application. It is really important you enter your developer's details as opposed to your own details so we can notify them of any changes to the API that might impact your set up:

Once you've entered all of the information, click the 'create application' button and you will see an API access token appear. This token is what will be used to integrate Embryo with Street:

Click the 'click to copy' button which will copy this API access token to your clipboard.

Note: It's important to ensure you copy the API token before navigating away from the page as the token will not display once you have left the page.

Finally, share this API access token with Embryo and they will be able to finalise the integration.
