How to view your branch portal information

Property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla handle multi-brand agencies in different ways. If you operate more than one brand from a single branch location, most portals will create 2 "branches" with the same address, one for each brand.

To maintain data integrity in Street, instead of operating 2 branches in your account, we create separate "portal branches" for each brand, and Street calculates which "branch" to publish the property to on property portals based on which branch it is under on Street.

Note - You cannot edit or add portal subscriptions yourself. To do this, please contact the Street Support team on Live Chat or speak to your Customer Success Manager.

Viewing portal settings

To view your portal settings, head to Settings (on the left side panel, at the bottom) > Company Settings > Portals.

Note - You will need to be a Branch or Company Admin to access the portals settings.

Here you can see a breakdown of each portal that you publish properties to. Within each portal, you can see each branch you have created, the brand that branch is using (as setup in Branch General Settings) and the portal ID for each branch.
