Downloading and Logging In (Consumer App)

This article covers how your customers can download and log in to the Street Consumer App. If you're looking for information on the Agent app for your team, see our Street Agent App help article.

Downloading the app

Customers can download the Street.co.uk app from their app store:

Alternatively, customers can search for Street.co.uk in their app store.

These links can be shared directly with customers via email, SMS, or on your website. If you need to encourage app adoption, we provide free printed brochures for sellers and a customisable letter template for landlords.

Logging in for the first time

When a customer opens the app for the first time, they'll see a welcome screen asking them Get Started or Log In.

Tip! Clients can choose to login with a social account, including Google, Apple and Microsoft.

  • New customers - If a client has never logged in before, they should tap 'Get Started' to set up their password or continue with a social login.

  • Returning customers - If they've already set up their password, they can tap 'Log In' to enter their email and password, email themselves a login code, or sign in using a social account.

If a client is having trouble signing in they can click the 'Cant sign in' option, that lets them email a password reset link to themselves.

Accessing via web browser

It's important to note that customers can also log in via a web browser at street.co.uk if they prefer not to use the app, where the login process is the same.

Having trouble?

If a customer is still having trouble logging in, see our Consumer App Login Issues help article.
