How customers can download and login to the consumer app

This article explains how to download and login to the consumer app, the app your customers will use. For information on your team downloading and logging in to the Agent app, see this help article.

Downloading the Consumer app

The following links can be shared with customers to download the app:

For customers using iOS, use this link for the Apple App store: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/street-co-uk/id1636295983

For customers using Android, use this link for the Google Play store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.street_consumer_mobile

Alternatively, customers can simply search for Street.co.uk in their app store.

Customers Logging into the App

The first time a customer opens the Street.co.uk consumer app, they will see the welcome screen, asking them to login or set their password.

If they click login, they will be asked to enter their email and password that they've setup, email themselves a login code or sign in using one of their social accounts (Gmail, Apple or Microsoft).

If they have never logged into their Street account, they should instead click 'set password' to get setup.

If a customer is having trouble logging in, they also have the option of 'Can't sign in?' to email a reset password link to themselves.
