Know Your Customer Details
There has recently been a worldwide increase in incidents of misuse and abuse of phone numbers, heightened national security concerns, and an increased pressure on the supply of phone numbers.

As a result, there is now a more stringent, global enforcement of the regulations surrounding businesses using phone numbers, in addition to identifying who those companies are and where those companies are based.
As part of using Street to send SMS and WhatsApp messages, we have a collective obligation to provide these details to our communications provider.
The details are termed as "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and providing this information will allow you to continue to be able to send SMS and Whatsapp Messages from within the Street platform.
If you wish to use Street to send these messages, please follow the guidance below to enter the relevant details into your Street account.
Adding your KYC Details
Note - You must be a company admin to access company settings and add your KYC details.
To get started, head to Settings > Company Settings > KYC Details. Here, you can enter the key information required such as your business details and your authorised representative.
Once all your details are added in, you can click save and you will have completed the KYC details settings. There is nothing further to action from here.
