No more breaking your ask into five separate searches. Tell SmartSearch who your client is and what you need — "find boards for this brand, and tell me which neighborhoods give me coverage across the whole market" — and it handles both parts in one go, assumptions and all. 📍 Where to find it: Just type it into the SmartSearch chat like you'd talk to a planner.

Search your entire chat history by what was actually said, not just the title. And once a result exists, whether it's a table, chart, or dossier, it's locked in exactly as it was. Bar, line, pie, area, or scatter — any result set can become a chart on the spot, no exporting required. 📍 Where to find it: The chart icon on any results table in the chat.

Once you've got a result set you like, get it into a spreadsheet in one click. 📍 Where to find it: The download icon at the top of any results table.

Client asking hard questions about methodology or privacy? Just ask SmartSearch directly — it'll explain it in plain English, and can even turn its answer into a client-ready one-pager on the spot. 📍 Where to find it: Ask in chat, e.g. "How do you know how many people saw this board?"

When SmartSearch says "top 10%," that threshold is calibrated to the specific market and audience you're looking at, not a fixed number pulled from somewhere else. It'll tell you the threshold or median it used, so you always know what you're looking at. 📍 Where to find it: Called out automatically any time SmartSearch ranks or filters by audience index.

If a search hits a snag, SmartSearch now notices, adjusts its approach, and keeps going — instead of just failing on you. Fewer dead ends, more finished answers. 📍 Where to find it: Look for "Adjusted approach" in the Working panel when it happens.

Tell it a preference once — "always show distances in kilometers," "I always want the top 10" — or say it explicitly with "Add to memory: …", and it sticks for the rest of your session. 📍 Where to find it: Just say it in chat. No settings menu required.

Ask SmartSearch to build you a plan, and it can set up the plan, create the snapshot, and load your ranked inventory into it — all as one action you approve with a single click. 📍 Where to find it: The "Run all steps" button that appears after asking SmartSearch to build a plan.

Once your plan's built, kick off a scenario right from the workspace — no need to jump to a separate tool. 📍 Where to find it: The Run scenario button in the plan Workspace view.

Give SmartSearch a budget and a constraint — "best $500K plan with at least 30% digital that doesn't cluster units" — and it'll build the plan and explain the trade-offs it made to get there. 📍 Where to find it: Ask in chat with your budget and constraints included.

Start from a board to see who'd want it, or start from a business to see its best boards. Not just markets and ZIP codes anymore — search near any named location, including your own office. 📍 Where to find it: Ask in chat, e.g. "Show me billboards near [an address or place name]."

Ask for inventory along a defined segment of a highway or corridor, and SmartSearch will map the actual stretch and pull the boards along it — corridor line and all. 📍 Where to find it: Ask for a road segment by name and cross streets; the corridor draws on the map automatically.

Don't have one specific brand in mind? Search a whole category instead, or combine a few — "near coffee shops OR near gyms" pulls one clean, de-duplicated set covering both, and you can always trace a result back to which search it came from. 📍 Where to find it: Just describe the category (or categories) in chat.

Every new search can become its own labeled snapshot inside the same plan — so a plan can grow from multiple angles (a road search, a category search, a corridor) without losing track of any of them. 📍 Where to find it: The Snapshots tab at the bottom of the workspace — each search you save shows up as its own labeled snapshot.

Every search, corridor, and POI set you've pulled shows up as its own layer on the map — and you can show or hide any one of them independently to keep things clean. 📍 Where to find it: The Map Layers panel, top of the map.
