Customizing Your Drip Emails' Schedule

Quick walk through on how to change when your drip emails go out

The purpose of this article is to instruct you on how to change the schedule of when your drip emails go out. To make changes to your personalized drip feature, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Log into you StreetText Account. Once logged in, click on the Ads tab.

2. Once there, go to the ads you would like to edit and click 'Edit Funnel'.


3.  Once in the funnel, choose the email(s) that you'd like to have the time/day changed for. Click on the sandglass icon that appears below the trash can icon, and change the delay to your preferred schedule.



IMPORTANT: The delay time is set based on the time when the preceding email was sent out. For example, if you are setting a delay for 3 days and 4 hours, it means that the email will send 3 days and 4 hours after the previous email in the drip went out.
