At StreetText we take account security very seriously. We have now added 2-factor authentication (2fa) when logging into your account from a new IP address or after 30 days since your last log in.

When you log in to your account for the first time you will sign in like normal:

After you click the sign-in button, you will see a notification the security code has been sent to you by email. This will be sent to the email you have on account.

When you jump to your email inbox, you should see an email titled "Login Confirmation Code" from no-reply@streettext.com. Copy the code from the email and input it into the security code box on StreetText.

If you do not see the email, check your promotional and spam folders. If you still do not see the email, email support@streettext.com for additional help.

πŸ‘‰ You will not need to enter the code again unless your IP address changes or if you have not logged in for 30 days.

πŸ‘‰ If you have 3 failed attempts, you have to wait a few seconds before trying again.
