As the Owner of your organization's SuperDash account, you can invite teammates to help manage your Stridekick experience. Admins can also access challenges, reports, and announcements. This makes it easier to run your program without doing everything yourself.
You can have up to 10 admins total, including yourself.
Before you invite someone
Your teammate needs a Stridekick account before you can add them as an admin. Ask them to:
Send the invite to the email address they used.
How to add an admin
Log into SuperDash as the Owner
In the left sidebar, click Admins
Click the + Admin button in the top right of the Admins card
In the modal that appears, enter the email your teammate uses to log into the Stridekick mobile app
Click Send invite
What happens next
Once the invite is sent, your teammate will appear in the Admins table with the status Invited. They'll need to log into SuperDash using their Stridekick credentials to accept access.
Until they log in, you'll see a Cancel invite button next to their row if you need to revoke the invitation.
Understanding admin roles
The Admins table shows two roles:
Owner — The Owner has full access, including the ability to add and remove admins. Only one Owner exists per organization.
Admin — teammates the Owner has invited. Admins can help manage challenges, view reports, and post announcements, but cannot add or remove other admins.
Your own account will always appear at the top of the table, labeled (You).
Reached the 10-admin limit?
Once you have 10 admins total (including yourself), the + Add Admin button will no longer appear. To add someone new, you'll need to remove an existing admin first. Only the Owner can remove admins — click the 🗑️ trash can icon next to their row in the Admins table to revoke their access.
