Suspend a client’s membership

To suspend a client’s membership, you can follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Clients” tab.

  • Search for and select the client of your choice.

  • In the “Memberships” section, click on the “...” to the right of the subscription.

  • Then click on “Suspend membership.”

  • Choose the start and end dates for the suspension period.

  • Click on “Suspend membership.”

When a membership is suspended, the client is not charged, and a prorated adjustment will be applied to the next invoice.
