Suspend a client’s membership

To suspend a client’s membership, follow the steps below:

  • Click on the “Clients” tab

  • Search for and select the client of your choice

  • In the Memberships section, click on the “...” to the right of the relevant subscription

  • Then click on “Suspend subscription

  • Choose the start and end dates of the suspension period

  • Click on “Suspend subscription” again to confirm

When a membership is suspended, the client is not charged, and a prorated adjustment will be applied to the next invoice.
