To suspend a client’s membership, you can follow these steps:
Click on the “Clients” tab.
Search for and select the client of your choice.
In the “Memberships” section, click on the “...” to the right of the subscription.
Then click on “Suspend membership.”
Choose the start and end dates for the suspension period.
Click on “Suspend membership.”
When a membership is suspended, the client is not charged, and a prorated adjustment will be applied to the next invoice.
