To suspend a client’s membership, follow the steps below:
Click on the “Clients” tab
Search for and select the client of your choice
In the Memberships section, click on the “...” to the right of the relevant subscription
Then click on “Suspend subscription”
Choose the start and end dates of the suspension period
Click on “Suspend subscription” again to confirm
When a membership is suspended, the client is not charged, and a prorated adjustment will be applied to the next invoice.
