To resume a client’s suspended membership, follow the steps below:
Click on the “Clients” tab.
Click on the client of your choice
In the Memberships section, click on the “...” to the right of the relevant membership
Click on Resume membership
When the membership resumes, a prorated adjustment will be applied to the next invoice.
