Resume a client’s suspended membership

To resume a client’s suspended membership, follow the steps below:

  • Click on the “Clients” tab.

  • Click on the client of your choice

  • In the Memberships section, click on the “...” to the right of the relevant membership

  • Click on Resume membership

When the membership resumes, a prorated adjustment will be applied to the next invoice.
