To resume a client’s suspended membership, you can follow these steps:
Click on the “Clients” tab.
Find the client of your choice and click on their name.
Their client profile will open.
In the “Memberships” section, click on the “...” to the right of the membership.
Click on “Resume membership".
When the subscription resumes, a prorated adjustment will be applied to the next invoice.
