Resume a client’s suspended membership

To resume a client’s suspended membership, you can follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Clients” tab.

  • Find the client of your choice and click on their name.

  • Their client profile will open.

  • In the “Memberships” section, click on the “...” to the right of the membership.

  • Click on “Resume membership".

When the subscription resumes, a prorated adjustment will be applied to the next invoice.
