Use shortcuts

You can use several shortcuts to make programming easier.

1. Save a week as template

  • Program your week, then click on the "Save Week as Template" icon in the top right corner

  • Enter the template name, then click on "Create Template"

  • You can access this week's schedule by clicking "Insert template" to the right of "Add block". Then, simply click "Insert this block" (Workouts) or "Insert template" (Week)

2. Copy/Paste or Cut/Paste

  • Click on the "Programming" tab

  • Select one or more blocks. You can also select an entire day or a full week.

  • Click on "Copy" or "Cut"

  • Go to another day and click on "Paste"

You can also just choose to clear the selection.
