Stop a client's subscription

To stop a client's subscription, follow these steps below:

  • Click on the Clients tab

  • Choose the client of your choice

  • Click on "..." on the right of the line

  • Click on Cancel subscription

  • Choose the program of the person

  • Select the cancel option

  • Click on Yes, Cancel Subscription

If you choose the second option: Cancel at end of billing cycle, you will still be able to issue a refund to your customer. We explain how in this article: Refunding a customer’s subscription.
