To stop a client's subscription, follow the steps below:
Click on the "Clients" tab
Choose the client of your choice
Click on "..." on the right of the line
Click on "Cancel subscription"
Choose the program of the person
Select the cancel option
Click on "Yes, Cancel Subscription"
If you choose the second option: Cancel at end of billing cycle, you will still be able to issue a refund to your customer. We explain how in this article: Refunding a customer’s subscription.
