To make a program private, follow the steps below:
Click on the "Programs" tab
Click on the program of your choice
On the right of the screen, you can see an "Access section"
In this section, switch from "Public" to "Private" mode
Click on "Update settings"
Please note that the main Workout of the Day program cannot be set to "Private".
