Program a workout

After creating a program (article), you can go to the "Planning" tab and start to program a workout as shown below:

  • You can enter the format of the WOD by adding a title and describing the workout in as much detail as you want in the description field.

  • You can also add "Barbell Set":

  • You can find the most popular benchmarks directly by clicking on the "Benchmark" tab:
