Program a workout

After creating a program (article), you can go to the "Planning" tab and start to program a workout as below:

  • You can write the format of the WOD you want by adding a title and detailing the workout as you want in the description.

  • You can add Barbell set:

  • You can find the most famous Benchmarks directly by clicking on the "Benchmark" tab
