After creating a program (article), you can go to the Planning tab and start to program a workout as shown below:
You can enter the format of the WOD by adding a title and describing the workout in as much detail as you want in the description field.
You can also add Barbell Set:
You can find the most popular benchmarks directly by clicking on the Benchmark tab:
