Problem to access to your program

Sometimes you may have problems to access to your programming. This can be due to several reasons:

A dual account

You potentially have a dual account, there are several ways to find out:

  • Compare your profiles on the app and on the marketplace. If the profiles are different (email address and/or profile picture), you have two accounts.
    You have to log in on the mobile app in the same way as on the marketplace (website) to access the program.

  • When you subscribe to a program, a receipt is sent directly to the email address with which you subscribed. You just have to compare this email address with the one of the account connected on the application. If the two email addresses are different, you have a double account. You have to connect to the mobile app with this second account to access the program.
