If you, as a customer, want to activate and connect your own EMS, you can do so via the following solutions:
MODBUS control of Alfen Pro-line or S-line devices: this requires the Active Load Balancing licence, and you or your installer need access to the Alfen Installer Software to do the configuration.
Cloud control via a Zaptec Go device
Good to know
Control via OCPP directly on the device is not possible if you also receive a reimbursement of your home charging sessions from your employer. This OCPP connection is used to send the charging session data to the platform for the reimbursements.
