How do I know if my electrical connection is single-phase or three-phase?

You can check the type of grid connection in 3 ways:

Option A: based on the meter and fuse box. This looks at the number of connected phases (2, 3 or 4) in the meter box and the width and type of the circuit breaker in the meter box.
Option B: by checking your last electrical inspection report. The type of grid connection is always noted on it as well.
Option C: by contacting the grid operator by phone based on your address, EAN number or meter number. Fluvius (Flanders): via 078 35 35 34

To be sure, it is best to contact your grid operator (e.g. Fluvius).
