If the emergency stop of the charging station has been pressed, you can reset it with the following steps.
First turn the pressed emergency stop button in the indicated direction of rotation.
It now springs back out to its original position.Go to the general fuse box of the charging station. You need to determine
which type of circuit breaker it is.
There are 2 situations, each handled in a different way:
a.
You can simply put the switch back in the
“On” position.
You can charge your EV again!
b.
The switch is in an intermediate position.
First set the switch to the “Off” position and only then to the
“On” position. See the example in the video below.
IMPORTANT:
Does the switch immediately jump back to the “Off” or intermediate position? Contact the helpdesk to schedule an intervention.
