What happens if I make a change to my training plan outside of Stryd?

You can manually sync with your other accounts if you need to update a session immediately.

Stryd automatically syncs workouts from your other training platforms and software twice daily. If you recently modified a workout in your other training platform, that change can take several hours to appear on Stryd.

To see your workout changes in Stryd immediately:

1.) Open the Stryd mobile app

2.) On the 'Profile' tab, select the Settings icon.

3.) Under ‘Account Information’ select ‘Connected Accounts’.

4.) Select the account where your workout is importing to Stryd from.

5.) Next, select ‘Manually Sync Workouts’. Stryd automatically syncs workouts from your third-party platforms twice daily. We fetch data at 12 AM and 12 PM Mountain Standard Time. If you recently modified a workout, that change can take several hours to appear on Stryd. For an immediate update, make sure to manually sync.

6.) Now, your workout should show up in the Stryd calendar.
