If you have found an incorrect course or subject on a student's profile, you can remove this, however, please note:  By removing a module, qualification or short course, you will also remove all marks, attendance, data, information on reports, etc. as well.  A trial or history will be kept after you commit the changes.

In Student manager, we use the word Reverse to remove or 'delete' a subject/module or qualification / short course.

  • To do this, navigate to App & Reg found on the Student Profile

Reversing Module Registrations

First, take note of the module or modules you want to 'remove' and when the registration for this module(s) was, for example: the start and end date of the registration

Reversing a Single or Multiple Modules

  • Navigate to the correct registration and click on the + next to the correct registration date

  • Tick the box(es) next to the correct module(s) and click on Reverse

  • A new window will display where you are required to enter a reason for the reversal

  • Click on Reverse Registration to commit the changes

Reversing an Application (Qualification or Short course)

First, take note of the qualification name you want to 'remove' if there is more than one.  Reversing an application will also reverse ALL modules or subjects and any data connected to the qualification.

  • In line with the Qualification > Campus, click on Reverse Application

  • A window will pop up that requires a reason.  Enter a reason for the reversal or removal and click on Reverse Application
