  3. Assigning Leads - leads can be assigned to the appropriate sales consultant

  4. Standardised workflow - no matter who join or leaves your team, you can standardise engagement for faster on-boarding of new staff

  5. Easier handover - with a standard workflow and activities, notes can also be taken against various workflow activities, this allows for a lead to be handed from one sales consultant to another with history simplifying the transition

  6. Additional Data collection - data collected from the lead is stored against their profile and if they are converted to an applicant, less data would need to be added by academic support or the applicant
