How do I know that a lead was created?

Setting up notifications, for new leads, for a staff member

You can setup notifications to remind a staff member of something.  Notifications will show up when viewing the Leads.

To create a new notification

Open Leads from the main menu
Navigate to Add Reminder

Here you can setup the following:
Reminder For:  
For who would you like to set the notification for?  This is the staff member that will see the notification/reminder
Reminder About:  
Who is the reminder about?  A student, staff member, a group?
Description:  
Write a short description on what you would like the person to be reminded about
Date:  
Set a date and time of when the reminder should show up.  The date set is an end date, therefore, the reminders will always show until the date that was set.  Thereafter, the reminders will disappear.  

Old reminders can be viewed when you click the button: Show Past Dates 

*Note: these reminders have no notification like calendar reminders.  Users have to navigate to Leads in order to view them.
