Before starting ensure you have two things:
1. System Access rights to work in settings
2. A clear understanding of the workflow of the sales consultant when they deal with potential applicants/students

Example of a workflow:

As a consultant at Student Manager College, when I have been assigned a lead, I follow the following pattern
a. I email the lead a brochure about the qualification they are interested in and a few other related ones and asked them to send through their latest result
b. One week later I call them to follow up and see how interested they are
c. I then rate them as being a hot or cold lead and note the date and time of the call
d. If a hot lead, three days later I call again to get them to apply
Once they apply they are then handed over to "pre-student
e. If they don't want to apply I then archive them
