An overview of a students entire qualification results or academic record

(The Academic Transcript can also be obtained from the student profile page) 

  • Click on Reports from the Main Menu 

  • Select Academic Transcript 

  • Add all students you want to view the transcript for by clicking on Search, and adding them to the list, click Next 

  • Select whether you want to view or download the report in PDF

What does the report show me?

  1. The Academic Record per pre-selected student 

  2. Students Name, Number, ID Number and Nationality 

  3. The status of the enrollment of the student 

  4. An overview of all assessment marks in the given qualification, broken down per Year and Semester, showing whether the student had passed, failed or not completed 

  5. The amount of credits attained of all subjects/modules and what is still outstanding
    ​

  6. The Grade Symbol Range

  7.  Two blocks, one can be used as a default message to all or a place for a stamp, the other used for one or two people to sign the record
