Click on Reports from the Main Menu 

Select Students by Qualification 

Select the campus and then Qualification (if you have more than one) and click Next 

Choose the intake and click Next

Select Yes to "Show counts only" to only display a total of students in the chosen qualification

Select No to "Show counts only" to display all students in the chosen qualification
