Click on Reports from the Main Menu
Select Lecture Attendance Summary
Choose your campus and which module groups you would like to display and click Next
Note: These module groups are all the modules from all qualifications in the current year. To change this, you can apply a filter by qualification - intake and year.
The next screen will allow you to select the Date Range and Percentage Range of the lectures and whether you would like the output to be grouped by Qualifications.
From the example above, you can see there were 12 lectures between the pre-selected dates and one student attended only 9 out of 9 lectures. The extra 3 lectures were omitted due to a captured "condoned illness" status.
What does the report show me?
All students from the pre-selected module groups
The amount of lectures from all modules the students are enrolled in and how many of those were attended out of the pre-selected date range
