Capturing Attendance from the Calendar
Start by navigating to the Calendar from the Main Menu
Navigate to the event which you want to capture the attendance for
Click on the Event and click on Attendance
Use the Toggle All section to either mark everyone as attended or not attended. Tip! If one student have not attended, use the Toggle all green tick and navigate to individually mark that student as not attended
No need for saving, once you have captured or selected an action, it is automatically saved.
Note: Attendance can only be captured after the event has taken place
Capturing Attendance from the Module Group
Start by navigating to the module in which the student are enrolled in. To do this:
Click on Modules from the main menu bar
Search for the desired module and click on View
Select the Campus and select Attendance
Choose the group for whom you would like to take attendance for
Select Capture on the right to start capturing the attendance and once you are finished, select Stop Capturing
