Navigate to the desired qualification by selecting Qualifications and then selecting View for the qualification
Then select Application and Settings
If you select Edit on the setting tab, the following will display
Allow online applications?
**Tip** applications access needs to be set in settings to allow current students to view their open applications or apply for new from their Student portal to view these settings navigating on the Main Menu>More>Settings>Student Access
Select the check box to set to Yes to allow online applications
If there is a check mark or tick deselect it to set it to No and applicants will not be able to access applications online
After selecting save the Setting table will update to reflect your changes
