Why is my E-Learning material not displaying for my student?

Certain settings are required to show the ELearning tab on the students profiles.

To give students access to all ELearning material:

  • Click on More > Settings from the Main Menu

  • Navigate to Student Access on the left sub menu

  • Select Edit to check the "Show ELearning" box and Save

Now that you have the correct settings in place, you can select which content to show and when to show it to your students.

Navigate to your Module > Campus > e-Learning

Did you notice the visibility dates?

Each Page can be set to be visible during a certain period of time.  Hit the Change button to edit the dates.

Tip!  If you leave out the "available to" date, it will never have an end date, which also means, the material will show indefinitely to the student. 

Use the "Make Invisible" selection to hide it from the learner
