Setting up your e-learning is quite easy.  Get your material ready and follow these easy steps.

Student Manager allows for one file upload at a time, therefore, you cannot select multiple files at once to upload.

Tip!  Just remember, file sharing is super easy, but keep in mind, the bigger the file size, the longer it takes to upload and download.  Therefore we suggest either uploading your files in chapters which will decrease the total download size.

Setup of E-Learning/Elearning

  • Select My Courses from the Main Menu bar

  • Select your Module from the list and click on view

  • Select your campus

  • Select the e-learning tab

  • Add your slides to the Chapters section by selecting "Add"

  • Add your slides to the Pages section

*Note: once you have saved your page, you will be able to upload your slides/files

E-Learning material can be uploaded and displayed in the following formats:

PDF downloadable file or PDF Individual pages

Once you have created your chapter, you can either upload your book to show individual pages or as one downloadable file

Using the "Upload Pdf" function will allow each page to be displayed individually.  For example, if the PDF file contains 8 pages, each page will display underneath each other as individual files.  When you click on each page, the page information will automatically display the contents on the right.

Using the "Add" function will allow you to add individual files or links.  These links or files can also be set to display automatically when you click on the page.  Multiple files or links can be set with references.

For example:  If you add a link to a video, you can edit the content and reference each document or link to be displayed in a certain order.

You can now see a display of the link you added and can view the video within the page.
