In order to setup channels and sources you will require systems access right to the settings section on the system

To have a context, channels and source are marketing channels which you use to advertise your learning programmes
​
​Sources links to the Enquiry page, i.e. where those interested in studying at your institutions can make enquiries about study, but Channels does not link to the enquiry page.
​
Both will display within the Leads section of the system and both added in a similar way in settings.
​
Due to this we will focus on adding Sources
​
​Step 1.
In Leads Management select the Sources tab

Step 2.
Select Add

Give the source a Name and Description and select Save

It will now appear in the list of sources
