When a consultant has completed working with a lead and they discover that the lead is no longer "worth" pursuing, they can close the lead.
Step 1.
Select the lead, then select Actions > Close
Step 2.
A Change Status modal will load, requesting confirmation of the close, select Yes is you would still like to close the lead
The lead will be removed from the list of open/active leads
