This report is designed to help the user understand, for each student, what level of a qualification they are deemed to be in, during the specified date range.
There is an option to include Student person details such email, nationality, gender, marital status, home language, resident status, national ID, passport no, date of birth, equity code and socio-economic status.
An explanation of the report columns follows:
Level For Period - This value is calculated as the student's highest ratio of registered credits to the total credit value as defined by the curriculum for the respective level, with respect to a given date range. E.g. For the given period, if a student is registered for 60 out of 100 credits worth of 'Year 2' modules, and 40 of 100 credits worth of 'Year 3' modules, they will be classified as a 'Year 2' student, as their 60% load of 'Year 2' module credits is greater than their 40% load of 'Year 3' module credits.
Level Credits In Curriculum - The sum of credits for the modules in the level as defined by the curriculum.
Level Credits Registered In Period - The sum of credits the student is registered for, for the calculated level, during the specified date range.
Level Credits Achieved In Period - The sum of credits the student has achieved, for the calculated level, during the specified date range.
Level Credits Achieved To Period Ending - The sum of credits the student has achieved overall, for the calculated level, up until the end of the date range.
All Level Credits Achieved To Period Ending - The sum of credits the student has achieved overall, across all levels, up until the end of the date range.
