Report - Enrollment Detail Grouped by Qualification

Student enrollment date and Intake for given qualification with their outcome date and status

  • Click on Reports from the Main Menu 

  • Select Enrolment Detail Grouped By Qualification 

  • Select the required Qualification or all Qualifications and click Next

  • Select the Intake for the previous Qualification or All Intakes and click Next

  • Choose the year you would you like the information from and click Next 

  • Choose to export the file in PDF format or Excel format

What does the report show me?

 - All students enrolled per Intake and per Qualification pre-selected
 - Students enrollment for the specific qualification
 - What intake the above mentioned students were enrolled in
 - Outcome Date and Status of each student
