Click on Reports from the Main Menu
Select Mugshots
Search and select all students or staff necessary and click on Next
Preview or Save the report
What does the report show me?
Student or staff's picture
Their name and surname
Student or Staff code/number
National ID number
Mobile number
Current level of study in their Qualification.
