Update 1:

Please be aware that we experienced technical difficulties caused by a high influx of traffic this morning. This has negatively impacted a number of our services, as well as our phone lines.

The majority of our services have been restored and we are working towards a full restoration of all services. Please note that there will be some mail delays experienced because of the outage.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and will keep you updated.

A detailed breakdown will be provided once the root cause has been fully identified.

Update 2:

At approximately 09:40 this morning, 24 January 2020, we experienced a major network incident which resulted in most customers' connectivity being severely degraded for a significant period of time.

 
Our engineers were immediately dispatched to our datacentre and have restored the majority of our services.

We are continuing our investigation into the incident and will provide further updates until all services have been fully restored.
